Banana Nut Bread
From Bonnie Camden's Kitchen
Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1
tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 to 1 cup chopped
nuts
| - 3 eggs (beaten)
- 1 1/2 cup
cooking oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups mashed bananas
- 1
(8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)

Directions:
- Sift flour, sugar, soda, salt,a nd cinnamon in large mixing
bowl.
- Stir in chopped nuts.
- Combine eggs, cooking
oil, and vanilla. Blend thoroughly.
- Add mashed bananas and
pineapple. Blend in thoroughly.
- Add to dry ingredients and mix
well.
- Pour into a greased and floured (9x13x2 inch) pan.
- Bake
in a preheated 350 degree F. oven 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick
inserted in center comes out clean.
- Remove and cool.
