Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp.  salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups mashed bananas
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
Directions:
  1. Sift flour, sugar, soda, salt,a nd cinnamon in large mixing bowl. 
  2. Stir in chopped nuts.
  3. Combine eggs, cooking oil, and vanilla. Blend thoroughly.
  4. Add mashed bananas and pineapple. Blend in thoroughly.
  5. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
  6. Pour into a greased and floured (9x13x2 inch) pan. 
  7. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Remove and cool.
