Cake Mix Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • Brown sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 regular size box of yellow cake mix
  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • Nuts
Directions:
  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. 
  2. Add cake mis and flour, then knead dough.
  3. Let rise until double in size.
  4. Roll to 1/4 inch thickness and spread with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts.
  5. Roll as for jelly roll and cut in 1/2 inch or thicker slices.
  6. Put more brown sugar and butter in bottom of pan and place rolls on top.
  7. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
  8. Spread rolls with glaze if desired.
