Christmas Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
  • 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
Directions:
  1. Dissolve raspberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in the cherry pie filling.
  2. Pour into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish (or gelatin mold) and chill until partially set.
  3. Dissolve the lime gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
  4. Beat together the cream cheese and the milk.  Gradually add the lime gelatin and the undrained pineapple.
  5. Whip the cream until it has fluffy peaks. 
  6. Gradually fold the whipped cream and the marshmallows into the lime gelatin mixture.
  7. Carefully spoon the lime gelatin mixture onto the chilled raspberry gelatin.
  8. Chill until set.
