Cinnamon Rolls
From Bonnie Camden's Kitchen
Ingredients:
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 cup lukewarm water
- 1/2 cup butter OR margarine
- 1 cup sugar
| - 3 eggs (well beaten)
- 2 cups milk (scalded)
- 1 tsp. salt

Directions:
- Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
- Mix remaining ingredients and when cool, add yeast and enough flour to make a stiff dough, about 7 cups.
- Knead lightly and let rise.
- Punch down; let rise again.
- Roll 1/2 inch thick; cut into strips (1 x 1 inches), tie into knot.
- Dip in melted butter, roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Let rise. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degrees oven.
