Eggnog
Cake

Makes 12 servings
Cake Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 box French
vanilla cake mix
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2
cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
| - 2 tsp. rum extract
- 1
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 2/3 cups Nestle Toll House
Swirled Holiday morsels, divided

Cake
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease
and flour 13 x 9 in. baking pan.
- Beat eggs in large
mixer for 1 minute until frothy.
- Add cake
mix, pudding mix, water, oil, rum extract, and nutmeg.
- Beat
on high for 2 minutes.
- Stir in 1/2 cup
morsels.
- Spread in pan.
- Sprinkle
with 1/2 cup morsels over batter.
- Bake
for 35 - 40 minutes or until wooden
- toothpick
inserted comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Frosting Ingredients:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2
Tbsp. butter, softened
| - 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2
tsp. ground nutmeg

Frosting
Directions:
- Beat cream cheese and butter with mixer in a small
bowl until smooth.
- Gradually add in powdered sugar
and nutmeg.
- Beat until smooth.
Decorating Directions:
- After cake is completely cooled, frost cake.
- Sprinkle
with remaining morsels and serve.
