Gingersnaps
From Bonnie Camden's Kitchen
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup molasses
| - 2 cups flour
- Salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
- Cream shortening, sugar, and egg.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Roll into balls; do not press out.
- Bake at 350 degrees.
