Honey
Wheat Rolls
From Bonnie Camden's Kitchen
Yields:
2 dozen
rolls
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup cottage
cheese
- 1/2 cup
honey
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 egg
| - 2
cups flour
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2
Tbsp. sugar
- 3
tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. dry yeast

Directions:
- Heat the water, cottage cheese, honey and margarine
until warm.
- Add
egg and dry ingredients gradually and beat 2 minutes.
- Will
be stiff. Knead.
- Place in greased bowl, cover and
let rise till
doubled. Punch down, shape into rolls.
- Place on
greased pan,
let rise till double.
- Bake at 350 degrees until
golden
brown.
- Brush with butter and honey
mixture.
