Overnight Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough
  • 1/2 pkg. butterscotch pudding mix (regular)
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • Nuts (optional - sprinkle in pan)
Directions:
  1. Coat bundt pan with no-stick spray or it may be greased.
  2. Cut thawed dough into 32 pieces; arrange in pan.
  3. Sprinkle with pudding mix and generously with cinnamon.
  4. Bring to a boil the sugar, margarine, and water.
  5. Pour immediately over dough. Sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Cover loosely with aluminum foil, let rise overnight.
  7. In morning, cover loosely with foil; bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven; invert on platter after 3 to 4 minutes.

 

Variation - Flavored gelatin may be used instead of pudding. Raspberry is colorful and delicious.
