Wacky Cake

From Bonnie Camden's Kitchen

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups cold water
Directions:
  1. Sift dry ingredients together into large mixer bowl, then mix.
  2. Add oil, vinegar, vanilla, and water. Beat well.
  3. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan or round layer cake pans.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until it doesn't stick to toothpick, or may bake in a 15 1/2 x 10 inch cookie sheet for about 20 minutes. 
  5. When cool, frost as desired.
