CWhole Wheat Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients:
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2/3 cup warm water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 tsp. salt
| - 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 4 cups white flour (sifted before measuring)

Directions:
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Scald the milk, add salt, sugar, and oil.
- Let cool until lukewarm.
- Beat eggs, add to milk and yeast mixture.
- Add whole wheat flour and beat till smooth.
- Add white flour, mix in well and place on bread board.
- Knead a few minutes, let rest 10 minutes.
- Knead again until smooth and let rise the second time until double.
- Shape in rolls or loaf bread.
- Bake rolls at 350 degrees to 375 degrees for 20 to 25minutes.
- Bread should be baked at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- This can be refrigerated a short time.
- Do not sift whole wheat flour.
