Christmas Wreaths Appetizer

Yield: Approximately 56 halves.

Ingredients:
  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 jar (8 oz,approximately)
  • Mammoth-size pimiento stuffed olives
  • Parsley,snipped
Directions:
  1. Soften cream cheese.
  2. Form 1/4 inch layer of cream cheese around entire olive.
  3. Roll in parsley and refrigerate. 
  4. Before serving, slice in half to reveal wreath.
